Delivery & Returns

Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday.

DELIVERY OPTION

We offer FREE delivery within the UAE for all orders above AED300.

A delivery charge of AED25 applies for orders below AED300.

Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days in Dubai. For others (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK..etc..) expect your order within 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

You may use Shop & Ship services by Aramex instead, for a more competitive rate. You can register for free and ship your order from their address to yours. In that case, simply fill the local delivery address Aramex provides you. We will deliver your order to Aramex and they will handle the delivery to you at an affordable rate. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept refunds only an exchange will be permitted. You can return your item(s) within 3 days of receipt for an exchange on the condition its unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. No exchanges during sales period. Shipping cost of the exchange item to be at the client's cost.
